Where can we deliver the package to?

We can ship to most countries in the world.

 

What shipping methods are offered, and what are the respective shipping times?

We have 2 different shipping methods: Free shipping and Express shipping.  Free shipping may take from 4 – 6 weeks to arrive while Express can take 2 – 4 weeks to arrive.

About customs tax

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law.  Decluttered bears no responsibility for any tax charged on its products at the point of delivery.  Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

RETURNS POLICY

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact our Support Center within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to us, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Enjoy total peace of mind: every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at Decluttered.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rosewood, Daingean Road, Tullamore, R35 KR97, County Offaly, Ireland

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Special Notes:

1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging to info@decluttered.ie before we can consider issuing a refund/exchange. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s).

2. After Decluttered has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded. For example if the return shipping fee is €30, Decluttered will refund the same amount of €30 to the customer. If, however, our technical team determines the item is not damaged, Decluttered will not compensate the return shipping fee.

3. Product returns must be via one of Decluttered’s approved shipping methods; our Support Center can provide you with further details.

30 Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items

If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

Exemptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@decluttered.ie and send your item to: Rosewood, Daingean Road, Tullamore R35 KR97, County Offaly, Ireland.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

COMPLAINTS

We at Decluttered take complaints about our products very seriously.  If you have any issue with the item you received, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to remedy the situation.
